Sarnia Lambton Burial lookup

Don't know if this is the right place for this so my apologies if it isn't.

I've managed to locate my paternal Grandfathers, Frederick Lawton, burial listing as:

Lakeview Cemetery Sarnia - Record No. 12269 - Lot Section  H - Lot Number  0 - Plot Location 51

I've contacted the Cemetery to see if there is a stone/plaque for him but with no reply 

If (and when) the weather is ok over there is there any chance of getting a  photographic record of this?
