1851 / 1961 Look Up Kearns - John pse

Hi Could anyone help me with a lookup for Stafford please. I am looking for John Kearns and Family. John was born in 1939 to John and Eliza. I think they also had two other children Mary B:1838 and Ann B:1841.
In 1841 they were living at Eastgate Street, Stafford but only Ann, John Jr and Mother Eliza were present. Any information would be greatly appreciated - nothing runs to form with this family! I am trying hard to find where John senior originated but brick walls pop up at every turn!

I am also just beginning to research John Kearn(s). My john was the father  or on another possibility the brother of Mary who was born in Ireland and traveled to America through Illinois or Iowa( somewhere east) and ended up in Washington State having my gr grandmother Winnifred Elaine Banks, who was married to William John Gates. Any help??-Gina
