Does anyone know if the German Occupation Registers are available on line for Guernsey please?

I found details of the interment of some of our Guernsey relatives which I recorded with the following reference:

Islanders deported from Guernsey to Biberach Germany Source: Channel Islands Monthly Review February 1943.

I am sure that I found these online at a general Guernsey site which included its history but I have failed to retrieve its address.

I have tried to contact the library but for some reason I can't access it at the moment.

I think the site that I started from was the following one.  When you dig into it there are a lot of lists which include Guernsey people as well as Jersey.
