Harry West-completed
« on: Thursday 28 February 08 09:38 GMT (UK) »
Can someone please help locate the West family.

Rev. Harry West came to Brithdir in 1907 from Blaenavon.   Can someone please check the Blaenavon 1901 census for him and his family.

Regards
Roy

Thanks Ricky, that looks like the family, I would be most grateful if you could please check the 1891 census for them?

Best regards

Hi Osprey
Thanks for the info, any chance I could have the details for George & Ann at Blaeavon in 1891 {RG12/4363/126/44

If I'm not being too forward, can you please check the 1871 for them as well.

Best Regards
Roy

Samuel son 12 b. Abergavenny

Miriam dau 5 b. Blaenavon
Tom son 3 b. Blaenavon
Charles Dicks boarder 17 general labourer b. Som, Yeovil
Leonard Baker boarder 22 b. Kent, Gravesend

I'm struggling to find them in 1871, but I spotted this marriage
George William West dec qtr 1872 Abergavenny vol 11a pg 105 with Ann Higgs on the same page
George William West was in school in Cheltenham in 1861 RG9/1798 folio 110 pg 13 and in 1871 I can see a George West unmarried b.1845 Bombay in Hereford Union Workhouse - no sign of Harry or Rose.
There is no registration in Abergavenny for either Harry or Rose West, but I can see Clara, Florence, Caroline and Samuel Charles.
