Marriage Carry Marshall about 1871 Cambridge please

I know that Carry Marshall was (B) June 1850 Cambridge but I cannot find her (M) only a Caroline Marshall Chesterton Jun. 1871. is it possible to find the name of her Father without having to purchase the (M) cert.? Thank you

Unless you know the name of the church where they were married it is not possible to obtain the details you want from parish records.    The only other alternative is to buy a copy of their marriage certificate 

Caroline was frequently shortened to Carrie and Chesterton is in Cambridge so it's a good bet

She married Peter Jakes according to the 1881 census

Her father was Alfred Marshal age 29 Gardener born Trumpington, Cambridge according to 1851 census

There were at least 3 marriages of a caroline marshall at Chesterton: 1871, 1879, 1888.  Do you know roughly when she married?

It's not the 6/11/1879 one, Caroline bn 1860 she married Frederick W Crisp (my gt grandparents) - father George Frederick Harris Marshall and is your Carry's first cousin. The 1880 one is her aunt Caroline marrying James Haslop.

I have not found Carry on census after 1871 when she was still at home with father William ALFRED Marshall (bapt Trumpington 1821) and mother Hannah (Baines)

I know that Carry Marshall (B) June 1850 Cambridge 14/9
I know she is NOT on the 1851 cenus.
The Marshalls are related to me via my Grandmother.
I have the census of 1851/61 etc. so my first query was why was she not on the 1851 census? and who did she (M)? in 1861 when she was living with the family in Cambridge/

 Why have you discounted the Carry age 10 months born Cambridge that Medhist found living in Cambridge St Andrew the Less in 1851?

I must confess I find it difficult to foillow what you know about her. Who did she marry, as presumably you must have this detail if she was connected to your grandmother? Have you found her in later censuses? How do you know the Carry in June 1850 is yours?

What do you mean when you say "who did she (M)? in 1861 when she was living with the family in Cambridge" In 1861 she was only 11 so too young to marry if that is what (M) means.

I am researching this family as well though they are not my direct line. I think Moors may have missed Carry on the 1851 as she is on the next page, but she is living with her parents.

I have her on the 1851/61 and 1871 census but after that she dissapears, so we imagine she has probably married. I have tried a few options on variants of Carry/Caroline without any luck so would also be greatfull for assistance in finding her.
