STOKES, Harriet - Birth SA, VIC or NSW? COMPLETED

A kind person sent me the IGI for Harriet Stokes, birthdate given as 1855.

It say she was born to James STOKES and Mary Ann nee FLEMMING, prob in VIC. Apparently parents married 24 MAR 1854  Campbell Creek, Victoria, Australia (could not find).

I have searched VIC indexes and paid to view index but there is no match. Could it be that VIC was still a part of NSW then? I checked the NSW index, no joy

The next couple of siblings were born in VIC, then SA.

Can anyone help? Brick wall hitting!

There is no birth of a Harriett between 1854 and 1858 to a James S* and Mary Ann F*. I have trawled the STOKES/STOCKES births for the period.
