Thats a spelling mistake it should say Ridsedel not Biddel at the bottom of the census is my gt Grandma and shes down as Watson and it should be Mason you can see if Mason was written down fancy it could look like Watson ,I know Thomas Ridsedal was the vicar of St Marys because he married my Gt Grandma Selina Mason to my Gt Grandad Joseph Fieldhouse in 1882 .Im just being nosey about the family she worked for. The vicars wife lookes as if she had been married before I found a marriage for 1871 for Thomas and her but the youngest is only 3 buts shes called Whitehouse so its a bit of a mystery

Hi Pam
Thats better on the 1881 Minnie Ethel and Miriam are all down as Whitehouse also on the 1881 it doesn't say step I knew they must be as Thomas would have had the eldest girl when he was 14 .This is the sort of family you just wish a photo would turn up with them all on with Gt Grandma and the other servants in the background
Thanks for your help
   Kind regards Sue
