Squiggly Writing
« on: Thursday 13 January 05 18:53 GMT (UK) »
Can someone decipher the names of these witnesses to a wedding please?

I think it lookes like S Jincis James BAILEY
(I have no-one in the appropriate families with anything like that name - but, of course, I may be looking at the wrong families!)

and Harriet CALLAIY or CALLAW or CALLARY?

Thanks,
Sharon

Thanks for the Francis bit - but isn't that the female spelling? Yeah I know spelling wasn't the strong point in those days. I still think there is a letter prior to the F in Francis.
