Corwen 1871 Census

Would anyone be so kind as to look for a Thomas Jones married to Margaret Jones (nee Davies).

I believe they may have been living around Corwen at the time.

I know it's a bit of a long shot as every other person at the time seem to be called either Thomas Jones or Margaret Davies and they seemed to have a habit of getting wed.

have checked the Thomas and Margaret Jones on 1871 for Corwen, lots of Thomas' and a few Margarets' but none married to each other.
Have you any more details of them (ages, birthplaces etc.)?
If you have I'll have another check for you.

That's where I struggle. The only other thing I know for sure is that they were in Ferndale in the Rhondda, Glamorgan in the 1880's/90's. They had a daughter called Ellen in 1887 born in Ferndale. I believe they also had about another 12 children (no tv in those days!) Sarah and possible Jarret amongst them.

Maybe 1891 may show something.
