Mary Fuller - birth and death?
« on: Thursday 10 April 08 15:45 BST (UK) »
I am trying to find the parents of Mary Fuller, born 1813 in Rudgwick.

She married Thomas Perryer in 1832.  In 1841 they are living in Rudgwick.  I have her in the 1851 census.  In 1861 Thomas is a widower, but I cannot find her death.  I have found a Mary Perryer, who died in   Winchester  (2c 68) in 1853, but as her husband is in Rudgwick in 1851 and 1861, I don't think this can be the right one!

I would be very grateful for any help finding her parents and date of death.

many thanks

Tilly

Tilly, this is probably her parents marriage.  From the Sussex Marriage Index;

 Rudgwick, West Sussex,  18 Jun 1811:
 Thomas FULLER, bach
 Elizabeth JELLY, sp botp (B)

Hello Jane

Thank you again - I love her mother's surname ;D

What does the "bach" and "sp botp (B)" stand for ? I've been trying to work it out, but can't think of anything....................

Many thanks

Tilly
