Hi Helina
I have in my possession a borrowed copy of " A History of the Shops in Kings Langley High Street" for which I have been meaning to do a book review for some time!
I have had a look through and the only Draper's shop during that time period appear to have been No 36 The High Street.
From 1871 -1891 in was in the possession of Elizabeth GULSTON and from 1891 -1929 Robert HALL is described as the Draper's Manager. However, no actual name of the shop is given so perhaps the HABGOODS owned it and Robert HALL managed it for them?
It would be well worth contacting the Kings Langley Local History and Museum Society who produced the booklet.
