Charles Golding Archer,Police Constable

Looking for the parents of Charles Golding Archer 1831 Boreham Essex. In 1851 he appears as an Inmate at a police Station. In 1881 he is a Police constable. Can`t find him in the 1841 census. Please help. He married Emma Unknown.

The marriage cert will give his father's name and occupation, which should help locate him in 1841:

Charles's parent were Richard ARCHER, a Butler to John Tyssen Tyrrell (Baronet Magistrate) and Hannah NEWCOMB. Hannah and children were living in Springfield, Essex in 1841. Richard was working in Boreham.
