I ordered two on the 9th April with estimated despatch 16th, haven't arrived yet.

I ordered three at about the same time as you with despatch date 3rd April they were produced 3rd, 4th and 5th April and came 2nd class post arriving 8th and 10th April.  Just realised one was produced on a Saturday.

Just received an automated response saying there was a 2 day delay in sending certificates and that things would be back to normal week beginning 21st April.

However, I noticed this at the bottom of the message and have resent my enquiry as instructed.

Hopefully I will get a proper answer now.

Still, better than a couple of years ago when the norm was 4-5 weeks
