Vanished in 1881?

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me locate a missing person on the 1881 census. Her name is Isabella and I believe her surname at the time would be Salt. Here is what I have so far:
1901 England Census - married to George Parr, living in Hunslet, born abt 1871 in Leeds.
1891 census - basically identical to 1901 census except husband listed as Geo Parr and fewer kids. Different address but still in Hunslet.
As for her maiden name, YorkshireBMD and freeBMD both list a marriage between a George Parr and an Isabella Salt in Hunslet in 1889. The birth records also show an Isabella Salt born in Hunslet in the Oct quarter of 1870.
I've looked at the 1871 census and there is a 4 month old Isabella Salt living in Hunslet who I assume to be the same individual as in the birth records so the picture seems to fit together except for in 1881. Incidentally, I looked up the other family members who appear with Isabella in 1871 and can find none of them in 1881 but they all magically reappear in 1891!
Any ideas what may have happened to them and where they may be lurking?

The 1871 family are simply my guess at the moment, they just seem to fit the bill as they stay in Hunslet and the spelling/dob for Isabella are accurate to the later census results.
I'm just hoping 1881 can link them together.
