1861 1871 1891 Herbert Jervis
« on: Thursday 01 May 08 15:02 BST (UK) »
Herbert Jervis b 1834 in Longton is married to Myra and appears in the 1851 and 1881 census. The 1881 census record lists Jane, William Emily and Albert but I suspect there are earlier children.

Herbert was a potter and was living in Lovatt Street, Stoke on Trent in 1881. I think he died in 1887 as there is death record for a Herbert jervis in Stoke on Trent aged 53.

He should therefore be absent from the 1891 census.

I would be grateful if someone could checkout these records for me.

many thanks

Graham

I can't ID Myra in 1891 but she's widowed in 1901, living Longton, with a daughter Myra age 19.
