Hi there, have you looked for them on 1901 census to see who is still living at home? also you  could check marriages  for them on one of the BMD sites. what  district does Seaton Delaval come under? would it be Morpeth?
Brown, Twizell, Storey & fenwick  from Northumberland, Parkinson, from Lincolnshire, Kelly, Kinsella  & Mcguire from Ireland. Mellor originally from Derbyshire, Allens from Norfolk and Jackson originally from Sutton Coldfield.

The information I have is from the 1901 census.  I guess it will just have to be a trip back to Woodhorn to check the local church registers again to see if I have missed anything.

Hello Kathboon
I'm a little puzzled, I'm afraid :)

You say that your aim is to find their descendants.  As PeeJay said you will need in that case to find out who they married and/or when they died.  However you do say that you will need to look at the church registers at Woodhorn.  But this is only likely to help if you are going backwards - trying to find who Thomas and Dorothy belonged to.

I did find Dorothy at Seaton in 1901 with several of their children. (Joseph was Head of the family aged 20).  However Dorothy  was a Widow.  I did notice that there was another Thomas Moore but married to a Mary J. Moore with a number of children with names similar to yours.

If we can help further, please, do ask.

Regards
Reiver

Listers,

I am no expert on this angle but I think we should be careful when giving information on "living people" ?

Does anyone know the rules/law ? (*)

Hi Malcoolm
Thanks for that information.  If you could ask them if they know of any of the relations I listed, I would be most grateful.
