1851census Jersey lookup Brooks

Hi All,
I would love someone to lookup, John Brooks, segeant inthe 15th Regement, he retired 1852 while on Jersey,
so I am hoping that he is there in the 1851 census.
He would be in his 40s and married or widowed. son might be with him Francis John aged about 13 and maybe an Elizabeth  about 10.
John was born in Ratcliff Notinghamshire and the 2 children were born in Quebec Canada.

Thankyou so mich for repying,
All I know,is that John was discharged for Port or Fort Regent,
Jersey, 1852.
Sorry I have no Parish.

 Sorry to disappoint but as yet I have been unable to find your Brooks on the 1851 census, but will keep you in mind if I see anything in relation to John.

What i will do is go and order the film 6037203, from the mormons, and see if there is anything.
