Stanley family ,Quadring Fen.

Hi everyone, I am looking for information on the Stanley family, who came from Quadring Fen in Lincolnshire. The furthest that I have managed to get back is to William, born c1786 in Quadring. His wifes' name was Mary, born c 1791 in Wigtoft. William was a farmer.   One of William and Marys' sons Anthony c 1821, married Sarah Marshall. She was born c1826 in Swaton Fen. Her family then moved to Pointon Fen near Bourne. Anthony and Sarah were married at Sempringham church in 1842. They settled in Quadring Fen. They had  quite a large family, one of their sons, Jesse, c 1864, married Sarah Garner, c 1862, from Gosberton. They were my great grand parents.
One person who is a bit of a mystery is Emma Stanley. She is listed on the census of 1881, living with her grand parents, Anthony and Sarah. Emma was born c 1880, in  Middlesex, London.  I haven't been able to find her birth on the free BMD site, does anyone have any ideas ?

Marriages at Quadring

1) 1807 William STANLEY to Elizabeth COLLINGWOOD
There seem to be various kids christened up to 4 Feb 1816 ... the National Burial Index has an Elizabeth HANLEY buried on 6 Feb 1816, aged 30.


2) 1 Jan 1818, William STANLEY (wid) to Mary MAY
