I am looking for my Gt Aunt Keziah Williams, born in 1891 possibly Cardiff?, her Father was a Thomas Williams

Not able to find her with the info you have supplied.  Not on 1891 census and no birth that looks near.

Looking for Thomas WILLIAMS is obviously a bit tricky without some other evidence to show you have the right one:  do you have a mother's name, siblings for Keziah etc that might help locate the family?

Happy to have another go.

Not sure whether you still need help to find your Great Aunt but I've found a birth of Kezia Williams in Cardiff in 1892 (June Q)

In 1901, there's a Keziah Williams with Father Thomas and Mother Jane in Cardiff. Also 4 siblings and Aunt Keziah and Uncle Samuel Cannon.
