Hi Can someone help me with the following please.

Looking for the birth year or date for the following:

William Edward Coleman  born abt 1847 Parents Edward Coleman  and Hannah (Payne) Not sure on mothers surname.
Edward Coleman born abt 1820 not sure  on the name of parents.

Also marriage for Edward Coleman  married to a Hannah (Payne) July 1844.

Also any other children they may have had.

They moved to Australia about 1854.

Also loking for a marriageof a Samuel Payne to Hannah (Payne) about 1828.
Children : Charles Payne abt 1839: Hannah Payne abt 1840.

In general - especially if you are not more specific in your request - other RootsChatters only have access to the same sources which you yourself can search.  Things like FamilySearch, FreeBMD, censuses (mostly for a fee), Australian BDMs, etc ...

You say you are looking for the marriage of an Edward COLEMAN to a Hannah PAYNE in July 1844.
So, it seems that you already have the information about the marriage and the date - source of this information and were there further details??

There is a Hannah PAYNE on the same page.

The marriage certificate can be ordered online from the GRO.

You can search FreeBMD for births which might be children of this couple - though, of course, to confirm the parentage you would need to purchase the certificates.

The passenger lists (if they can be found) should indicate which children journeyed to Australia with Edward & Hannah.

The Australian death certificates of Edward & Hannah might (depending on which State they died in) list all their children and their ages.

I take it that (from the census) Cando might be suggesting that William Edward COLEMAN, birth, June 1847, Clerkenwell, Volume 3, Page ?5 is yours?

Does this (and the rest of the census information) gel with other information you have?

Hi All,

Thanks for the info so far,  I will let you know that I don't have much sight so it makes it hard to read  things.

At some stage I will get the certificates I need.  They will have to wait until I have funds for them.

I did order one from NSW back in February this year and am still waiting for it to arrive.
What I might do is see if a transscript agent may be able to get them for me.

As I don't have a credit card, I have to send chreques in the currency for the country I send them to.
This can make it hard with the exchange rate changing.

Yes I think the one That Cando for of William Edward Coleman just might be the one I am looking for.
