looking for sarah ann vaughan before 1901

i know she married william rees in november 1887

sarah ann vaughan father was john vaughan ( deceased at time of marriage )

witnesses were ann jones & thomas price

i think ann was sarah sister as i did find a marriage for her also
ann has a son called lazarus & 1902 ( without looking ) sarah has a son called lazarus

sarah rees on 1901 census says she was born 1862 & was from Abercorn, Monmouthshire, Wales

eveline/evelyn daughter is the only one left of her siblings &

she thinks chalres rees died in lunitic asleum

but my auntie is in her late 70's & sadly memeory isnt great but i am writting everything down she tells me

Having trouble finding them in 1891.

at the inquest was john vaughan ( brother in law ) sarah brother?

cant find him on census or match  him up with any one
