John Ainsworth, 1841, Preston.
« on: Tuesday 03 June 08 15:57 BST (UK) »
Hi,

I'm trying to trace my great great grandfather John in the census entries. Could somebody try and locate him please? He was born in 1841 in Preston, Lancashire. I believe his parents were called Thomas and Margaret but I may be wrong so if somebody could throw some possibilities at me that would be great!

Best Wishes

Ryan

Hi

The nearest I can see in 1841 is a Margery Ainsworth 25 living in Preston who is a cotton weaver..the same occ as the Margaret in the 1851 cencus.

She has no children with her so perhaps John was b after the cencus in 1841.
