Can anyone help me? Looking for info on the family of Patrick Kilkenny. Born in Knock Parish (possibly Killeen Townland) approx 1848. His father was named Patrick also and was born approx 1810 and he was a labourer. The mothers name is unknown. The father Patrick had a brother named James Kilkenny who can be seen on the 1901 Census of Leitrim and Roscommon living in Killeen Townland, Knock Parish, Co Mayo.
Patrick Junior came to Leeds in England where he married Ann Molloy who was born in Lissaniska, Bekan Parish, Co Mayo in St Patricks Chapel, Quarry Hill in 1867. They had the following children:
James born 1868 (Married Margaret Burke in Leeds in 1901)
Ann born 1874 (Emigrated to Philadelphia)
Margaret born 1876 (Married firstly John Duggan from Knockroe, Annagh Parish Co Mayo and secondly Patrick Horkan from Eden, Knock Parish, Co Mayo).
Mary Agnes born 1882 (married firstly John Walsh and secondly Michael Hennigan)
Edward Patrick born 1883 (married Hannah Ryan in 1901)
