1851/61 census Kent - Abbott Durell
« on: Saturday 22 January 05 16:48 GMT (UK) »
Is there anyone who could look on the 1851 or 61 census for ABBOTT DURELL, he died in 1863 in Deptford (address was 190 Church Street) and he was a stevedore at that time.  I think he also had connections with the Earl of Chatham Pub in Deptford.  His wife was Mary Ann Durell.

Any info about any Durell's would be gratefully received.

How old was he? You don't say.

Sorry - he was 42 and I know he had a son also called Abbott but don't know if there were other siblings.

Thank you so much for this - I had found this family on 1861 census online but listed as DARELL so I am really pleased to find that the name was correct after all.
