1861 lookup in sussex

I am looking for a Thomas Lewis born in Hull Yorkshire in 1842.
He was a railway worker or engineer .
He was with his parents in 1851 in Brighton and married in south Bersted in 1863 and I have been unable to locate him in 1861.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
