1851 Census Edward Anderson
« on: Friday 11 July 08 10:54 BST (UK) »
Following my recent messages about George Anderson, I have his marriage cert which says his father was Edward  Anderson, a blacksmith.
I have what appears to be the family in 1841.

I'm now looking for either/both! Edward Anderson aged about 50, blacksmith and/or his wife Jane, aged 35 in the 1851 census. In 1841 they were living in Upchurch HO107 476  8/8  8.

Thanks
Eric

Hi
Sorry about the wrong age for Jane. I remembered to add the 10 years on for Edward but forgot to do it for Jane. Its me age!!!!

I don't know whether they were alive in 1851. I was hoping they were and it might give me some clue where to look for marriage or baptisms. I didn't find them in the 1861 census.
I saw the deaths for Edward in 1845 and 1846, but nothing for Jane before 1851.

Might have to risk a death cert!!!!!! Though that's not likely to help much.
