Quick reply cos got to shoot off....They look complicated but in essence they are for a soldier who was commissioned into the MGC ..Officers had to apply for medals so the writing IV etc is dates of issue of medals...Proof was needed so nominal roll had to be consulted.As you say duplicate MICs. Address given South Africa.
Landed in France 1915 with 2nd East Kents.

The medals were returned at one time for amendment.Then reissued
If no one has decyphered it more ill get back to it later.
