Possible date and age??

After the help in the dating the other photos I have recently posted my nana has asked if I would post a photo in the hope that someone could help us find out 'who' the gentleman is.

The photo shows a gentleman in Court Dress, so potentially had attended or was attending a Court Function. On the back of the picture it says 'Uncle Charles' so we have assumed, rightly or wrongly, that it is Charles Henry Lewin born 1850 in Brington, Huntingdonshire.

If anyone could guess at a date for the photo or the age of the gentleman, it would be most appreciated!

Charles Henry died in 1900 so not later(obviously).
1895-1899.That's if it's him of course.I have to say he looks
well into his 50's to me.
Charles was a solicitor so why dressed like this?

Unfortunately there isn't!! Just has 'Uncles Charles' on the back written in my nana's aunty's writing.

So Charles Henry Lewin is nana's aunty's uncle.Well this would have to be just before he died.
