There is no comprehensive list of RAMC officers. The closest one gets is the annual Army List, or one can look for him on the London Gazette:

However, the LG does give theatre of operations. Researching the RAMC, like the RE and the RA is extremely difficult because unless one knows which parent formation they were assigned to one will need to get his service records.
Some officers are, of course mentioned on the net, or in books, making life easier. If you provide us with a name we can see if we can find anything for you. Did he survive the war? If not, have you looked on the CWGC?
