There is a marriage of John Ayre and Ann Milburn in Sedgefield for 22 Nov 1834.  So maybe those Milburns in that 1841 census are the grandparents of John jr. and Ann Ayre.  Robert could be a brother of John, sr maybe, or on the outside an older brother to John and Ann.

There is a John Milburn Ayre baptised in Sedgefield 3 Oct 1836 s/o John and Ann Ayre.  I am thinking that this 1841 census is that family but the one you are looking for is John Johnson Ayre, right?
