Hello Hare. Just the one for Machel:-

In loving memory of William Machel of Mowbray House, Crook, who died January/8/1920 aged 62 years.
And of Margaret Ann, his beloved wife, who died January/31/1931 aged 73 years.

Hello Jeffery. And here are the Parkin inscriptions from Crook:-

John E Parkin of Whitwell Terrace, born December/28/1871, died February/9/1895.


In affectionate remembrance of Sarah, dearly beloved wife of Jas William Parkin of Woodside, Crook, who died July/27/1913 aged 48 years.
Also the above James W Parkin, who died August/15/1938 aged 73 years.
Also Robert, their dearly beloved son, who died at Bombay, India, October/31/1918 after serving three and a half years in Mesopotamia in the great war years, age 29 years.
Also Ralph Parmerley L.A.C.R.A.F. their dearly beloved son, who died in Egypt, August/17/1932 age 30 years
Also Lily, their beloved daughter, who died in Winnipeg, January/7/1936 aged 43 years.


In loving memory of Margaret, beloved wife of James Parkin, who died 27/November/1932 aged 59 years.
And James Parkin, who died 10/April/1953 aged 79 years.


In loving memory of Thomas William Parkin, the dearly beloved son of James and Meggie Parkin of West Roddymoor, born May/25/1897, died December/8/1902.
Annie, beloved daughter of James and Charlotte Mitchison of Grahamsley, who died January/10/1895 aged 22 years.
Also Charlotte Mitchison, died October/18/1906 aged 77 years.
Also the above James Michison, died November/28/1907 aged 81 years.

Hello Moraf. The gravestone is for a 87 year old who died in 1995.
Of course the cut off date I use for postings would not allow me to post it.
You can have the details but it would be via the personal mail.

There is another burial for Jones at Crook, but that is at the Catholic cemetery. dated 1878.

In loving memory of Hannah Grundy of Hope Street, Crook,  born 25/March/1830, died 22/October/1906
Also Robert, beloved husband of the above, born 19/May/1829, died 13/November/1906.

In loving memory of Job Grundy, who died April/19/1919 aged 60 years.
Also Jane, his beloved wife, who died February/3/1916 aged 54 years.

In loving memory of Jane, the beloved wife of Job Grundy of St Mary's Ave, Crook, who died February/3/1916 aged 54 years.
