Hi,
Sadly, I don't think there is at present, but they will probably have copies in the Beeston Library, and they definitely have them on microfilm the Nottingham Local Studies Library:
http://www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/sitemap/leisure_and_culture/libraries/lc_find_your_local_library/lc_nottingham_central_library/lcli_central_library_floor_4.htm
If you have a date the staff at the Nottingham libary are usually very helpful in  looking things up, and sending on photocopies, for a very reasoanble charge.
They have a people and subject index for articles, too, which might help.
It's worth contacting them if you can't get there in person, which I know must be difficult, from Scotland.
Hope this helps,
Kind regards,
Paulene :)
Had a Douglas Thornhill in my year at school!  :D
