The Swan Inn in Halstead Essex

Has anyone any means of finding information about publicans (list of names) at The Swan Inn, Sible Hedingham, Halstead, Essex?  Particularly interested in the 1960 and 1970 years.  I think it has recently been converted to a private property. Thanks.
Skeats around Ringwood Hants, Skeats in Wiltshire, Skeats around Cranborne Dorset, Skeats North Bucks, Skeats/Skeates in Canada, Skeats/Skeates in New York state

If you google 'Essex public houses' about the third hit (the one that refers to historical directories) will take you to a well compiled list of the pubs in Sible Hedingham and in Halstead. Both have a pub named the Swan - the former has a photo.
The listings give landlords/residents up to about 1937. For subsequent years the electoral registers available at Essex RO will give info.
