Teresa Catherine Feeny
« on: Saturday 09 August 08 10:18 BST (UK) »
I am looking for information on Teresa Catherine Feeny, born 1905,Liverpool,England, to Andrew /Mary Feeny. Both her parents died when she was very young . She was then placed with The Liverpool,Catholic Emigration Association, and along with 28 other children,on board the ship.....SS Corsican,8 ,September 1916,was sent to Ottawa. The next time I have news of her is when she married a Ross James Quigg,in Carleton County,Ottawa,1925.After that nothing. She had a dreadful start to life  and would dearly love to know more about her life in Canada, hopefully better than her past.
Many thanks for your time

There is also a baptism for a daughter of Joseph James Quigg born in 1957 in Ottawa.  I won't put the names up since it's recent

Hi there :)

I'm a granddaugher of Teresa, but not the one born in 1957.

I'm not very comfortable giving out too much info on here, but I have to make three posts before I can chat privately.
