William WRIGHT born Plymouth 1800

Please could someone help me go further back than this?

William Wright born 1800 Plymouth,Devon. He was a Seaman/Mariner.
He married Sarah Child in Wales in 1822. Lived in Milford Haven so am not sure if the family moved there.

I would love to know who his parents and siblings were.

Any help much appreciated.
