Royal Artillery 1932
« on: Thursday 14 August 08 20:05 BST (UK) »
Hi all,
My mum has just found Grandad's marriage cert, at the time of his marriage to nan he was serving with the RA as a gunner based in Woolwich, his service no is even written on the certificate.
How could I find out more information and if any of his old colleaugues would still be alive. He was there 1932 and  know he carried on until after WWII.
He was at the battle of Dunkirk and I think on his return had to go to hospital for a while with Rhuematic fever?
Any help would be most grateful.
Thanks Kim
