CAIN /DUNN
« on: Monday 25 August 08 18:03 BST (UK) »
Hi
I am looking for information on Denis Cain born 1839 in Kildare his father's name was Thomas Cain. Denis married Mary Dunn born 1840 also in Kildare her father's name was Patrick. They  married in 1863 in Birkenhead and settled in Liverpool.
I would love to learn more about them.
Thanks Mary

To trace the families in Ireland you need to know the families' religion and where they lived (parish if not actual townland not just the county) and with common surnames it might be difficult to find exactly which Thomas Cain was the father of Denis, etc.

Welcome to Rootschat Penryn. Hopefully you and Mary will be able to exchange family details and get lots of new information by working together. There's a pm system here also but you have to make a few posts before you can send a pm (anti-spam measure) but Mary can send you a pm with her email address if she wants and after a few more posts you can use pm system also.
