looking for Thomas Halls census 1841 etc.
Christianed 1811 Chigwell.
Father Joseph mother Rebecca.
Census 1841 shows mum and dad living in Barking (Fence Piece Cottages).
Maybe he was already married by 1841?

Any help grately appreciated.

Hi Pam,

That's right, parents were in Barking 1841.
So the last Thomas you found looks the most likely one.
No further information on Thomas.
I did however find a marriage of a Thomas Halls dec. 1839 Romford to a Sarah Oliver or a Sarah Teal.
