rates of inflation?

Hi,

Does anyone know roughly the rates of inflation since 1900? I was looking at probate records and am curious to know what the amounts mentioned are worth in todays money?

Hi Molly

Have a look here under 'Value of Money':

There are various ways of working this out - you just have to select which method you want!
