Looking for Richard May born 1870 in Inkpen, Berks. On 1891 Census was living at Inkpen with Mother Emma May 60 and Sister Caroline 24.
Occupation probably Ag. Lab.  Not living at home in 1901 as I have already found Father John May and Mother Emma on 1901 Census.
Any ifnformation will be appreciated.

May Richard aged 27 General Labourer b Hungerford Berkshire [Reg district of Inkpen]
May Fanny aged 34 b Aston Oxon
May Arthur N aged 5 b Reading Berks
May George H aged 2 b Reading Berks

They are living at 34 Cambridge Street St Mary's [I believe in Reading. It is my home town.]

Thanks for that, Hungerford often comes up as place of birth for Inkpen
so that is not unusual.  Richard would be 30 in 1901, but again it is not
unusual for people not to be sure of their actual age. I would have thought his first born would be John which was his Fathers name, but he did have Brothers Arthur and George only a few years older than he was so that could be a clue. Thanks again for your effort.
