The only relatives that I would have in that time frame are William Shepherd and wife Mary (Alsop).  Both would have been born around 1765 or so.  They married In Iron Acton, Glos on 23-04-1786, (marriage according to IGI files).

It is possible that their son William was born in that era as well.  Willam married one Sarah Andrews, but I would guess that this event would not be in your book.

Hoping that you are able to shed some light on my forebears.

But there is an inventry of a Mary  ALSOP

There is an inventory of Mary ALSOP, spinster of Iron Acton 27th April 1687.
It's very short

There are four Inventories for MILLETT and the name crops up as a signature on several other inventories
France MILLETT, of Frampton Cotterell widow of Joseph MILLETT  1702
Isaac MILLETT, yeoman of Stoke Gifford, 1727

John MILLETT, senior, yeoman of Frampton Cotterell, 1726
