« on: Sunday 31 August 08 18:20 BST (UK) »
G.Grandmother Matilda Stables died of Senile Decay P.M. aged 82 died in Stafford Lunatic Asylum in Jan 1904. The informant on the death certificate was the Medical Superintendant of the Asylum.

Where would Matilda have been buried.

Her eldest son with whom she was living in the 1891 census lived at Stafford Road Wolverhampton.

Hi Jean, Matilda is probably buried in the Municipal Cemetery in Eccleshall Road Stafford.  Try Stafford Borough Council.  linell.
