the mum may have not been there...as the census only provide info of the people in the house at the time of the person visiting.

ive just got the record for 1891 - that looks right to me... Amelia had a brother of Thomas and father of William Stockley - same ages

So they lived there

my grandad mentioned Bloxwich to me tongiht so thats definately her!!!
