JAMES HANCOCKS born 1829

Hello, I am trying to find any information on a James Hancocks b.1829.

According to the 1871 census he was born in Bloxwich, Staffs.

Some kind person looked for him on the 1861 census, but could not find a James born in Bloxwich.

Can someone tell me where Bloxwich is??

Any Information no matter how small would be really appreciated.
