marriage look up for weaverham please completed ty

would it be possible for anyone to have a look a marriage for me please in weaverham,  of John Moss and Hannah Leech they were married on 24 mar 1831 in weaverham I am trying to find out the parents of them both and at the moment can't find them.

John was born abt 1810 Cranage or Holmeschapel and Hannah was born abt 1809 but don't know where.

Hi Anne,

As the marriage was before Civil Registration began (1 Jul 1837) you are unlikely to find the father's name listed on the parish register entry.  There will probably be witnesses listed and if they are related they may help you to pinpoint the family.

If you contact Cheshire Records Office they may be able to give you the full details of the register entry, or you can order a photocopy of the actual entry from their website for a smalll fee.

JOHNS PARENTS ARE JOSIAH ,MOSS AND SARAH CARTWRIGHT BOTH BORN 1781
