Does anyone know where I could find information of birth registrations of someone born Byker please, mainly between 1800 and 1820?

Do you mean Baptisms? Birth Registrations did not start until July 1837.

Byker is in All Saints parish I think.

Added - Still no luck although the years do seem to be covered for All Saints.

The original parish church in Byker was St Michael's, in 1887 part of St Michael's Parish was removed and formed a new parish, that of Byker, St Silas.
So from 1887 there were the parish churches of Byker, St Michael and Byker, St Silas each with their own parishes.
