Hugh McConnell b. about 1752,Armagh.co. N. Ireland

Trying to find Immigration, passenger list, anything about when he came to the
U.S. Came to America in 1772. Married Jane Furguson.  Settled around Meadville
Pa.  He had one son by Jane Furguson.  Then married a Miss Thompson.  Also he
enlisted (May 1,1777) in 5th N.J. Regiment on the Continental Army.  Anyone know where I should go from here?

Hi there! I know it's been awhile since anyone has been on this thread.. Wondering if you were able to come up with anything!
I was able to go back to Hugh's father Thomas McConnell and I believe mother Mary Ann Wat. They immigrated with Hugh over to US and Thomas was a founding elder to the deer creek Presbyterian church around 1803

Searching for Hugh B McConnell, Sr originally from County Londonderry, Northern Ireland born approx 1780. Married Charlotte Breckenridge from New Jersey. My inquiry is how did he get from Ireland to USA? Any help is great. Thanks
