Hi John,
Unfortunatley 1908 births don't give the mother's maiden name -so without the birth cert or marriage cert it is difficult to pin down who her parents were???

Do you know of any younger siblings???

Why do you think her father was george?  Do you have more information on her???

There was a George MORAN 21 Reading in the army (Woolwich) in 1901 - there was no MORAN born in Berks 1879-1882.

Harry A MORON (image shows MOXON) 27 Twiner At Arsenal, Hinckley was in Plumstead/Woolwich with wife Marie A 27 Hull.
Don't cry because its over. Smile because it happened.

Hi Suz / Geoffe

Many thanks for help with this

Yes Gladys Moxon was my mothers sister Gertrude Hewson had a brother Walter which I have found So I think this George Percival Moxon must be my grandfather I do not remember him so he must have died before 1944 or just after
