Sarah Townsend born 1841 Wargrave

I am trying to trace birth or census records relating to Sarah Townsend born 1841 Wargrave, Berks - she later married James Piggott in 1862 in Langley Marish-Bucks?
I am unable to trace registration of her birth but any details of her family would be appreciated!

I only have an index to the 1851 census for Wargrave, but the only 10 year old Susan Townsend is listed with
William aged 54
Saragh aged 47
William aged 17
Richard aged 14
John aged 7
Henry aged 4
and Susannah aged 1w

HO107/1693 folio 383
