Hi can anyone help me find John Tremeer and his family in 1871.  ???

John was born in Welcombe in Devon c1833.  He married Mary Ann Hockridge in 1867 and on the 1881 Census there are two sons John born 20.12.1868 and William Henry born c 1870 both born in Hartland.  I have them on the 1891 also but can't seem to find the 1871.

Can anyone help?  Thanks
